4.1 “As-Is” Basis

  • Product Liability: Products comply with U.S. CPSC safety standards. Other warranties (e.g., merchantability) are disclaimed where legally permitted.

  • Service Availability: We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or legal compliance without liability.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

  • Cap on Damages: Our total liability shall not exceed the price of your last order.
